Tweetlite Store Credit Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. Tweetlite store credit is issued by or on behalf of the Tweetlite company issuing the store credit as listed in Appendix 1 (“Tweetlite” or “we”) to customers of its e-commerce platform (“you”).
1.2. By using Tweetlite store credit you agree to comply with these Tweetlite store credit Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Tweetlite E commerce platform which apply to all purchases on the Tweetlite e-commerce platform.
2. Tweetlite store credit
2.1. Tweetlite store credit refers to credit held on your behalf in your account and may be: 2.1.1. refund credit which is store credit representing a refund for purchases made on the Tweetlite e-commerce platform and which remains available for use indefinitely thereafter unless or until it is depleted or withdrawn; or
2.1.2. reward credit which is store credit issued as (a) a top-up to the account or as a cashback in respect of specified purchases as part of a promotion or special discount event and subject to the further terms and conditions of the relevant promotion or (b) a Tweetlite gift card which is available for purchase in selected countries where a Tweetlite e-commerce platform operates and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
2.2. Tweetlite store credit can be used to pay for products and services on the Tweetlite e commerce platform. When you use Tweetlite store credit to pay for products or services on the Tweetlite e-commerce platform:
2.2.1. any applicable promotional offers apply to the item price to reduce the item price before the Tweetlite store credit balance is applied;
2.2.2. the applicable purchase price tax and delivery charges as applicable are deducted from the Tweetlite store credit balance;
2.2.3. if a purchase exceeds the value of the store credit you can pay the remaining amount with other payment methods available on the Tweetlite e-commerce platform; and
2.2.4. any unused store credit balance will be available for future purchases subject to the expiration period applicable for Tweetlite store credit rewards.
2.3. In the event that you receive a refund in respect of products or digital services purchased 
3. Limitations on use of Tweetlite store credit
3.1. Tweetlite store credit may be redeemed within the Tweetlite e-commerce platform only. 3.2. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions Tweetlite store credit may not be: 3.2.1. used for payment for goods or services outside of the Tweetlite e-commerce platform;
3.2.2. redeemed for more than face value;
3.2.3. transferred to another account or person; or
3.2.4. sold or exchanged for cash or for any other prepaid payment instrument.
4. Further limitations applicable to Tweetlite store credit - rewards account only 4.1. Tweetlite store credit rewards are further subject to the terms and conditions of the promotional activity pursuant to which they were issued and may only be redeemed: 4.1.1. towards the purchase of eligible goods and services on the Tweetlite e-commerce platform which remain subject to change in Tweetlite’s sole discretion from time to time;
4.1.2. within the period of time specified in the terms and conditions of the promotion or if no period is specified cashbacks shall expire within three (3) months of the end of the promotion and top ups shall expire within seven (7) days of the end of the promotion without further notice to you.
4.2. Tweetlite reserves the right to cancel or withdraw Tweetlite store credit rewards for any reason in its discretion including if we suspect fraud or foul play.
5. Withdrawing Tweetlite store credit
5.1. You can request to receive a cash refund in lieu of Tweetlite refund credit by contacting us as provided in Appendix 1 or if the service is available on the relevant Tweetlite website by following the instructions in your Tweetlite account app or webpage to withdraw your refund credit. To protect Tweetlite and our customers we may limit or delay withdrawals in certain situations or ask you for additional information to confirm your identity before processing a withdrawal including if we need to confirm that you have authorised the withdrawal.
5.2. Tweetlite reward credit is not withdrawable.
6. Protection from unauthorized transactions 
6.2. You should contact Tweetlite immediately as provided in Appendix 1 if you believe there has been an unauthorised transaction from your account; there has been unauthorised access to your account; your Tweetlite login information has been lost or stolen; or any device you have used to access your Tweetlite account has been lost stolen or deactivated. You must give us all the available information relating to any such incidents and take all reasonable steps to assist Tweetlite in its investigation.
6.3. Tweetlite may apply holds or limitations on your Tweetlite store credit in order to protect the security and integrity of the Tweetlite e-commerce platform and/or if we are required to do so by a court order or other legal process. Such action may be based on confidential criteria that is essential to our management of risk including the risk of fraud and abuse on our platform or we may be restricted by regulation from disclosing certain information to you about such decisions. We have no obligation to disclose the details of our risk management or security procedures to you.
6.4. Tweetlite will not compensate you in respect of any unauthorised use of: 6.4.1. your Tweetlite reward credit as all reward credit is issued on an entirely discretionary basis and we reserve the right to cancel or withdraw your reward credit in the event of fraud; or
6.4.2. your Tweetlite refund credit if you give someone access to your Tweetlite account or your Tweetlite account login details and they use your Tweetlite account with or without your knowledge or permission.
7. Due diligence audit rights and investigations
7.1. We operate an anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance program and reserve the right to perform due diligence checks on all customers. You agree to provide to us all such information documentation and access to business premises (where applicable) as we may require including for the purpose of:
7.1.1. verifying your identity;
7.1.2. assessing the level of risk associated with your Tweetlite account; 7.1.3. verifying your adherence to and performance of your obligations under these terms and conditions;
7.1.4. disclosures pursuant to a valid order by a court or other governmental body; or
7.1.5. as otherwise required by law or applicable regulation.
8. Warranties
8.1. You represent and warrant to us that:
8.1.1. you will only use Tweetlite store credit to transact on your own account and not on behalf of any other person or entity;
8.1.2. you will not use Tweetlite store credit directly or indirectly or for any fraudulent illegal or nefarious undertaking;
8.1.3. you are not subject to sanctions or otherwise designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties or owned or controlled by such a party including but not limited to the lists maintained by the government of the relevant territories in which the Tweetlite companies listed in Appendix 1 reside the United Nations the United States government the United Kingdom the European Union or its member states or any other applicable government authority; and
8.1.4. you will not directly or indirectly export re-export or transmit any commodities software or technology to any country individual corporation organization or entity to which such export re-export or transmission is restricted or prohibited including any country individual corporation organization or entity under sanctions or embargoes administered by the government of the relevant territories in which the Tweetlite companies listed in Appendix 1 reside the United Nations the United States Departments of State Treasury or Commerce the European Union the United Kingdom or any other applicable government authority.
9. Limitations and exclusions of liability
9.1. We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the Tweetlite store credit will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However due to the nature of the internet this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the Tweetlite store credit may from time to time be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs maintenance or the introduction of new facilities. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
9.2. Tweetlite will not be responsible for:
9.2.1. any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control; 9.2.2. any business losses including (without limitation) wasted expenditure loss or damage to profits income revenue anticipated savings business contracts commercial opportunities or goodwill;
9.2.3. any loss or corruption of any data database or software;
9.2.5. any losses that were not caused by any breach on our part.
9.3. Notwithstanding section 9.2 above nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
10.1. You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any and all losses damages costs liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to any third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by us and arising directly or indirectly out of any breach by you of any provision of these general terms and conditions or the Tweetlite policies.
11. Term and termination
11.1. The agreement between the parties governed by these terms and conditions enters into force on the date that you receive Tweetlite store credit and continues in force unless and until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this section 11.
11.2. You may terminate the agreement at any time by contacting us as provided in Appendix 1 and closing your Tweetlite account.
11.3. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Tweetlite store credit if you are in breach of applicable laws these terms and conditions or any other applicable policies. We further reserve the right to refuse to provide or discontinue Tweetlite store credit rewards at any time and for any reason.
11.4. Upon the termination of the agreement for any reason we shall: 11.4.1. extinguish your outstanding Tweetlite reward credit and/or return any outstanding Tweetlite refund credit to the account that you notify to us within the applicable period;
11.4.2. close your Tweetlite account; and
11.4.3. all provisions of these terms and conditions that expressly or by implication are intended to come into or continue in force on or after termination of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Variation
12.1. We may modify these terms and conditions from time to time. 12.2. The revised terms and conditions or policy shall apply seven (7) days after communication to you by email or written notification of such revision or such other period as may be specified in the email or written notification.
12.3. If you do not agree to any change to these terms and conditions you may 
13. No waiver
13.1. No waiver of any breach of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be construed as a further or continuing waiver of any other breach of that provision or any breach of any other provision of these terms and conditions.
14. Severability
14.1. If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable the other provisions will continue in effect.
14.2. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these terms and conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted that part will be deemed to be deleted and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
15. Assignment
15.1. You hereby agree that we may assign transfer sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
15.2. You may not without our prior written consent assign transfer sub-contract or otherwise deal with any of your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
16. Third party rights
16.1. A contract under these terms and conditions is for our benefit and your benefit and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any third party.
16.2. The exercise of the parties' rights under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.
17. Law and jurisdiction
17.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the territory of the Tweetlite company issuing the store credit as listed in Appendix 1.
17.2. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the territory of the Tweetlite company issuing the store credit as listed in Appendix 1.
18. Notices
18.1. You can contact us by using the appropriate email address as listed in Appendix 1. 18.2. We may provide all communications and information related to your Tweetlite account in electronic format either by posting to our website or application or by email to the email address on your Tweetlite account. All such communications will be deemed to be noticed in writing and received by and properly given to you.
